Praca w wakacje w Japonii

Jak w temacie, jest możliwość pracowania w Japonii podczas wakacje, ze znajomością języka ang? Jeśli ktokolwiek posiada jakieś informacje, będę wdzięczny!
Btw, do wylotu do Japonii potrzebny jest tylko zwykły paszport?

jak znajdziesz juz prace w japonii to sie zglaszasz do ambasady o wydanie wizy pracowniczej, tak latwo nie ma.

do tego dosyc duze koszty przelotu... zapomnij.

Jeśli chcesz jechać tylko na wakacje do pracy, to szczerze mówiąc totalnie ci się nie opłaca. Duże koszta przelotu, znalezienie pracy i załatwienie wszystkich papierów w ambasadzie. Sytuacja wyglądałaby o wiele korzystniej, jeśli znałbyś japoński i angielski, wtedy miałbyś większe pole działania. Jeśli koniecznie chcesz jechać to Japonii na wakacje, to tylko w celach rekreacyjnych, przynajmniej takie jest moje zdanie.

jeśli chodzi o prace w japoni to znając sam angielski będzie ciężko ;] ostatnio pytałem po forach zagranicznych i tak jak w polsce, ze stałym zatrudnieniem będzie ciężkawo ale jeśli chodzi o drobne zlecenia powinno sie coś znaleźć... ale na wybitne zarobki nie licz. Około 1 dzień pracy(24h) starczy Ci na 3-4 dni życia ;]

Jechać teraz na saksy do Japonii to na serio nie najlepszy pomysł. Japonia ponoć ostro dostaje po dupsku przez ten cały światowy crash, więc taki chłopaczyna z zagranicy będzie miał bardzo ciężko o pracę.

A nie lepiej jechać na pomidorki do Holandii? smile_big

Japan has in the post war period adopted a highly age dependent salary structure in many industries, which rewards company loyalty and long service, but does little to motivate highly talented workers to excel or push their careers forward at a faster pace.
This structure is showing signs of breaking down in some areas, but clearly the animation industry is not such an area.
Many are wondering just how this industry expects to retain and grow talent domestically when it forces its future star production staff into impossible wage competition with low cost producers such as Korea, China or South East Asia.
On the other hand, many of these employees are irrepressible otaku who could scarcely be prevented from working in the field; in these cases, employers can hardly be blamed for not paying them over the odds.
Whatever the case with salaried animators, the creative talent which is the greatest impetus towards the production of quality titles is comprised of mangaka, novelists and game studios, all of whom generally exist in conditions of pure meritocracy, and so sink or swim based solely on the success of their work in the market, an unpredictable existence which animators are insulated from.
That more of the pie is left over for creators is perhaps not a bad thing…
